We, Fit Life Line Kft. wish to offer the free capacity of
the electrostatic powder coating plant, which in 2014
started and offering the most modern technology for
existing and prospective buyers.
We are committed to fulfilling customer requirements
and regulatory requirements for our activities, and
maintaining and continuously developing the quality
management system according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:
2015.
Our technology consists of five components: pretreatment
line, water drying furnace, powder coating
cabinet, powder paint annealing furnace and manual
conveyor system. During the pretreatment, iron
phosphate is used.
Our burning furnace has a capacity of
1500x1100x4000, with a load carrying capacity of
200 kg.
Our company works with world-class Gema and
WAGNER dyeing equipment to perfectly adapt to
the demands of layer thickness, material quality
and material structure of different workpieces.
